Telecommunications in a hospital is a critical lifeline, which AVD understood from the outset. Their guidance and support in transitioning to a new phone service was first class. AVD sourced the best possible package for us that effectively sees us save money recurrently but with a system that is able to grow and adopt as we do. The readily available admistrative and tech support and clear implementation plan was a benefit, however in my experience it is the aftercare service thats sets AVD apart from its competitors and therefore a service I highly recommend to anyone considering updating their telecommunications system.
